2. 本人／我們明白，創(chuàng)新科技署保留絕對(duì)權(quán)利，可隨時(shí)調(diào)整現(xiàn)金回贈(zèng)金額。 I/We understand that Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) reserves at all times the absolute right to adjust the amount of cash rebate.

3. 本人／我們承諾，倘若因計(jì)算或評(píng)估出錯(cuò)而導(dǎo)致發(fā)放多于本人/我們應(yīng)獲得的回贈(zèng)金額，本人／我們須于接獲通知的30天內(nèi)，將多付的金額退還給政府。

I/We undertake to refund to the Government any amount overpaid within 30 days of notification if ther?e is overpayment due to error in calculation or assessment.

4. 本人／我們聲明及承諾，申請(qǐng)企業(yè)在進(jìn)行相關(guān)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目時(shí)，必須全面遵守所有適用于香港特別行政區(qū)的法例 (包括《中華人民共和國(guó)香港特別行政區(qū)維護(hù)國(guó)家安全法》)、規(guī)例和附例。

I/ We declare and undertake that the applicant enterprise shall conform in all respects with all legislation (including the Laws of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), regulations and by-laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in carrying out the R&D Project concerned.

注Notes

1. 申請(qǐng)者在提交申請(qǐng)表格前，必須先細(xì)閱投資研發(fā)現(xiàn)金回贈(zèng)計(jì)劃的申請(qǐng)指南。申請(qǐng)須于有關(guān)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目完成后兩年內(nèi)提交。

Applicants are required to read carefully the Application Guide for R&D Cash Rebate Scheme before submission of application form. Applications should be submitted within 2 years after the completion of the relevant R&D projects.

2. 申請(qǐng)者可在已支付所承諾贊助額的一半及項(xiàng)目開(kāi)支超過(guò)總預(yù)計(jì)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)支一半后，申請(qǐng)中期現(xiàn)金回贈(zèng)。企業(yè)可在項(xiàng)目完成后申請(qǐng)余下回贈(zèng)。

The applicant can submit application for the interim payment when it has paid 50% of the pledged contribution and the project expenditure has exceeded 50% of the total project estimate. It can submit application for the final payment upon project completion.

3. 申請(qǐng)獲批后，現(xiàn)金回贈(zèng)將直接存入申請(qǐng)者于乙部提供的企業(yè)銀行賬戶(hù)。銀行向政府表示收到款項(xiàng)的證明，足以代替申請(qǐng)者的收款證明。無(wú)論屬于任何理由，倘銀行未獲足夠資料確定收款的賬戶(hù)，以致款項(xiàng)在未收到進(jìn)一步資料之前暫停支付，政府并不負(fù)責(zé)申請(qǐng)者因銀行賬戶(hù)未能如期收到款項(xiàng)所遭受的任何損失或不便。

Upon approval of application, the cash rebate will be credited to the enterprise bank account as set out by the applicant in Section B. The Bank’s acknowledgement to the Government will be sufficient discharge in lieu of acknowledgement by the applicant. Where, for any reason, insufficient details are furnished to the Bank to determine the account to be credited and the sum is held in suspense pending receipt of further information, the Government will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the applicant as a result of the bank account not being credited at the normal time.

4. 本署會(huì)對(duì)申請(qǐng)表格內(nèi)的資料嚴(yán)格保密。然而，為了處理申請(qǐng)或按照法律規(guī)定，本署或會(huì)將該等資料向有關(guān)的指定本地公營(yíng)科研機(jī)構(gòu)、其它政府部門(mén)或于香港的第三者披露。申請(qǐng)者提交申請(qǐng)，即表示已明確同意披露該等資料。

The information provided in this application will be kept in confidence. It may however be disclosed to the concerned designated local public research institution, other Government departments or third parties in Hong Kong, if such disclosure is necessary for the purposes of processing the application or required by law. The submission of the application denotes that the applicant has given explicit consent to such disclosure.
